The ACA Academy for Performing Arts is a privately owned business and reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with anyone who does not follow policies, terms and conditions, officially or unofficially, set out below

Class participation, conduct and scheduling

Working with us remains your responsibility.

We cannot guarantee academic progress or employment opportunities from your purchase and completion of any of our services.

Results depend on your ability and willingness to work and build upon what you learn in class and at home.

We require our students to attend any and all classes with a positive attitude, ready to learn and we do not tolerate bad learning attitudes or habits.

We have a zero tolerance policy regarding bullying, disrespectful conduct or harassment of any kind online.

The ACA Academy of Performing Arts reserves the right to amend any class, tutor or schedule. In such circumstances, we will provide rescheduling of the class or lesson.

Students will be notified when any significant changes in policy, terms and conditions ever occur.

Fees and Payment

Fees for the Services shall be set out as communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Payment of the Fees shall be made online or in the manner suggested to you via personal communication

In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials and related software for the sole purpose of completing the Online Course and/or attending the Taught Course.

You shall have no right to cancel your order if you have purchased an Online Course and accessed or downloaded all or part of it.

Use of Personal Data and Protection

Registration with us requires you provide certain Data such as your contact details and demographic information. We will store this Data and use it to contact you, provide you with details of the services you have purchased and otherwise, as required by the normal provision of the course.

By purchasing our services you agree to this use.

Our products may link to third party websites and we are not responsible for their data policies or procedures or their content.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Intellectual Property Rights related to the Course Materials, Online Courses and classroom guidance by our teachers remain the exclusive property of the ACA Academy for Performing Arts whether adapted, written for, or customised for the student or not.

You are not authorised to (i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of our materials without prior written permission; (ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the classroom lesson  given unless so instructed by the class teacher; (iii) use our material in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer; (iv) remove any copyright or other notice of the ACA  Academy  materials; (v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of our online courses.

Breach by you of this clause shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any of our services, including access to online courses and lessons.

We may assign, transfer, subcontract any of our rights or obligations to any third party at our discretion.
